1. Reach out and let us know the dates you would like to book and we can check our availability

2. We then arrange a 'meet and greet' to make sure that you and your fur-baby are comfortable with us and our home and vice versa

3. We then provide you a 'Booking Form' to complete, which helps us with all the information about yourself and your fur-baby to ensure they have a great stay

4. once the form is completed we are able to lock in your stay

We generally open our booking calendar up to 12 months in advance.

For regular bookings, we recommend securing your dates at least one month ahead to avoid disappointment.

Public holidays and school holiday periods are particularly popular and often book out quickly, so we strongly recommend booking well in advance for these dates.

Ad hoc overnight stays, weekend bookings, and doggy day care can often be accommodated at short notice, subject to availability.

Our environment is best suited to small and medium-sized dogs

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For bookings during school holidays and public holiday periods, we require a minimum of one month's notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than one month's notice during these peak periods may be subject to a cancellation fee.

These policies help us manage our limited availability and provide fair access to families seeking care for their fur babies.

For the health and safety of all dogs in our care, all guests must be up to date with their vaccinations and have received current worming, flea, and tick treatments prior to their stay.

Proof of vaccination may be requested before your booking is confirmed.

To ensure every guest receives the highest level of individual attention and personalised care, we accept a maximum of two guest dogs at any one time. This boutique approach allows us to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving home-away-from-home experience while building meaningful relationships with both our furry guests and their owners.

All fur babies staying with us have full access to our home and secure yard, just like any other member of our family. We do not crate, cage, or restrict dogs to specific areas of the house, allowing them to feel relaxed, comfortable, and right at home during their stay.

If your dog is accustomed to sleeping in a crate at night and you would like this routine maintained, we kindly ask that you provide their crate for the duration of their stay.

The only things you need to bring for your fur baby's stay are their food and, if required, their harness. We can refrigerate or freeze food as required to ensure their normal feeding routine is maintained.

We provide plenty of dog beds, bowls, and toys, so there is no need to bring these items unless your dog has a particular favourite.

If your dog sleeps in a crate at night and you would like this routine maintained during their stay, we kindly ask that you provide their crate.

We are happy to administer medications your fur baby may require during their stay with us. To ensure we can provide the best possible care, we ask that you advise us prior to their stay of:

• Any medications your dog is currently taking and the condition being treated
• Instructions for administering the medication, including dosage, timing, and frequency
• Any special storage requirements or additional information relevant to the medication

The health and wellbeing of our guests is our highest priority. If your fur baby requires multiple medications or has a serious medical condition that requires ongoing monitoring or specialised care, we may recommend alternative arrangements, such as veterinary boarding, to ensure they receive the level of care best suited to their needs.
